Please only select a nomination for most sportsmanlike team if you competed in a minimum of three games in that division.
Please write the name of the player you believe to be the most valuable player in the corresponding division. To be eligible, the player nominated must be registered in the division she is being nominated in. If possible, also please include the club or team name of the nominee. Eg. Susan Johnson (Cowichan Kestrels)
Please nominate no more than 10 names per division. You must have competed in a minimum of three games in the division you are nominating in. Please include in each nomination, if possible, the team or club the player is affiliated with. Should you choose to order your nominees by ranking please include a number in front of each players name. For example: 1. Susan Grants (Rebels Patriots) 2. Jane Rogers (Sailors) etc. PLEASE INCLUDE FIRST AND LAST NAMES Note: Selection committee will make a strong preference towards players who have played a significant portion of the season for their team.
